Table top position. Lower hips to heels. Bring third eye to mat. Palms
on the floor. Breathe slowly and deeply.

Floor Bow
Lie on your belly. Bend your knees. Hold just below your toes. Full
grip with both hands. Shoulders back behind you. Big inhale. Lift the
chest and thighs off the floor. Don’t allow knees to go wider than hips.
Lengthen and lift the neck.

Reduces stress, anxiety and depression by opening the heart
and throat.


Camel Pose
Stand up on your knees. Hands to the lower back fingers face down
Elbows back. Lift chest and lower spine. Look back behind. Reach for
heels. Push hips forward.

Stimulates digestion and elimination.
Improves posture.

Upward Dog
Hands on floor alongside you laying face down. Inhale as you press
firmly against the floor lifting your chest. Wrists under shoulders. Push
firmly against the tops of the feet. Squeeze your shoulder blades in.
Straight and firm arms.
