mountain village of Corgas Bravas, in the foothills of the Algarve. The

Serra do Caldeirão mountains, in an area protected for its natural

JUICE FASTING WITH NUTRITION, FITNESS AND YOGA

On this retreat guests have 3 x 500ml juices a day and
an evening soup and are guided through the week with
a programme of talks on nutrition and wellbeing. Break
the fast on the last day with a vegan meal prepared by
