At the edge of the bluff,

your journey begins.

Since it was first codified nearly 2,500 years ago, the
ancient art of yoga has been an instrument for healing,
balanced living, and social change.

At Loyola Marymount University, this ancient art
flourishes amid the modern life of a vibrant city. For
over a decade, students of yoga ‒ from disciplined
practitioners to cursory seekers ‒ have come to the
campus atop the Del Rey hills to better understand
their practice, or to discover one.

This summer, begin your journey of self-discovery.

Enroll in our foundational 200-hour teacher training
and explore the vast variety of yoga practices and
applications, study the foundational texts of yoga with
Srivatsa Ramaswami at our summer institute, or polish
your teaching skills in our new advanced teaching
seminar. These and other classes in yoga philosophy,
ayurveda, mindfulness, and yoga therapy are open to
all. Learn more at extension.lmu.edu/yoga.
