Wheel Pose is a challenging pose. It improves the flexibility of the spine and builds and
strengthens muscles throughout the body (Flynn, 2013).

Pose Bridge Pose
Instruct From lying on your back, knees bent, and feet on the floor, press your feet into
the floor, engage your belly and press your hips up toward the ceiling. Move your
upper arms toward each other and under you, interlacing your fingers and pressing
your palms together (if that feels okay). Press down into your arms and feet to lift
up. Slowly release your arms and then your hips and shift your knees from side to
side to rest.
Anchor
Point
Feet and upper arms. Focal point is the ceiling.
Breath
Work
Breath should be deep and steady.
