200-hour yoga teacher training course held every year in Essex
This 9 month comprehensive training course is held from September to June for one weekend a month and is based
on the 8-limbed path of yoga, with diploma level Pranayama and degree content anatomy. Graduates will be IYN
ceriied, registered and insured to teach yoga in their own authenic and heart-felt way. On the course, 4 guest
teachers will teach their specialist subjects alongside Victoria Adamson, course leader and yoga elder.
