Our retreats have been established for 15 years and are held at
the beautiful luxury venue Brooklands Barn in stunning Arundel.
Throughout the weekend there are six classes to choose from
including Hatha Yoga Flow and Pilates Matwork. Classes are open to
all levels including beginners. In-between classes you can enjoy our
heated pool and sauna plus every guest receives a complimentary
massage from one our expert massage therapists. All guests are
catered for and you will be ofered breakfast, lunch and dinner
plus fresh detox juices, all of which are vegetarian/vegan and are
