T’S been nearly a year since
Justin and Hailey Bieber legally
tied the knot, but that doesn’t
mean they’re any closer to walking
down the aisle. “Justin and Hailey
planned on having a big ‘dream
wedding’ after their courthouse
nuptials,” an insider tells Star. “But
it kept getting pushed back.”
With good reason. The model,
22, doesn’t want to throw a lavish
celebration that involves friends and
family until she’s completely sure
the singer, 25, is fully committed toand Justin have a lot of deep-seated
issues. Justin is very needy and has a
lot of baggage from his tumultuous
relationship with Selena,” explains
another source. “They were on and
off in the past, so there are trust
issues lingering in their relationship.”
That much was proven when
Hailey recently revealed she
accesses her husband’s Instagram
account. On a post shared by Justin’s
manager, Scooter Braun, she made a
comment from Justin’s account, laterclarifying that she’d thought she was
commenting from her own.
With their first wedding
anniversary fast approaching, the
pair are focused on ensuring their
relationship is solid. “They want to
have a strong foundation before they
say their vows in front of God and
their families,” the second source says.
“They have more work to do because
they’re not there yet.” Meanwhile,
the first insider shrugs, “Who knows if
they’ll ever have the wedding?” ★The model is in no rush to (publicly) become a blushing bride
