Making I-cord with a Spool Loom

Insert the beginning tail of the yarn through the opening in the I-cord tool until it exits the bottom opening.
Thread the yarn around the four pegs of the spool by leading it around the first peg counterclockwise, then moving to the
next peg in clockwise direction (illustration 1) until all four pegs are covered.
To form the first loop, lead the yarn in the front from right to left over the first peg, above the layer of yarn from the first
round. With crochet hook or tool that came with the loom, grab the loop at the bottom and pull it from the front toward
the back over the peg (illustration 2).
Continue in this manner until I-cord has reached desired length. Secure end by pulling yarn tail through all four stitches.
Tip: A hand-cranked I-cord mill produces I-cord in a wink and comes with detailed instructions.
