“Whatwe’vedonesuccessfullyforthepast 22 yearsis – withoutstif ling

yourselfintounderstandingwhatthecustomersfeel,andthat’swhatwe
dohere.It is different,it doesleadtoa slightlydifferentculture.”
HeexplainsthatthismodelseesCXLavendersittingsomewherebetween
anagencyandconsultancy,witha culturedrivenbycollaboration.
Thisculturereignsthroughitsinteractionswithclientsaswell.Over
thepast 12 months,it haslauncheda newofferingCXInsituwhichsees
theagencysetupin-houseforclients.
LindaO’Grady,BusinessPartnerandDataStrategyPartner,saysthe
offeringwasformedinthewakeofchangingclientneeds.
