Legacy Builders worked to create anew 4,000-square-foot home with a
detached garage and a full efficiency
apartment above it. To make use of
the landscape, the team put a shower
underneath the stairs to the garage
apartment, as well as a brick path and a
fire pit, creating a space that’s dedicated
to casual outdoor entertaining.
The team matched the brick pathto the detailing on the exterior of the
house, which also features upgraded
fiber cement siding and exposed beams.

The homeowners have lived inFlorida for many years, but they love
