changes to the Kamfari. There
is now $2500 on offer for fi rst
in the bike and quad classes, while Pony teams are allowed
for the bike class. In a welcome change, crews are now
allowed to stay in the pits and help when riders call in.
Everyentrantwillalsoenteraluckydiptowinaweekend
awayfortwo.
The Finke Desert Race will play host to an offi cial street
party and night market on Thursday, 6 June. Held at the
Todd Mall, the free event will feature freestyle MX, market
stalls, food and drink vendors, kids’ activities, meet-and-
greets and merchandise stalls. The event will also be
streamed live.
