#475)? Why were the

police not called?

Why is it social media

first and foremost these

days? We can rant all day

long on Facecrap and it

won’t change a damn

thing but your blood

pressure.

Get off your phones

and do the right thing!

These culprits need to be

found and prosecuted.

YZ250X JETTING
HELP NEEDED!
I have a 2018 Yamaha
YZ250X with about five
hours on it. A while back I
know you had a project
YZ250X and changed the
pilot jet to a 42 with the
N3CG needle. Did you
change the main jet or
needle position also?
Mine is running like
Puffing Billy in the tight

stuff and is a bit blubbery

off the bottom. At half

throttle and above it seems

okay. All standard jetting

and pipe/muffler with an

11oz flywheel weight.

The Yamaha YZ250X is a great

bike, we hope you’re enjoying

made to our project YZ were as

you stated: 42 pilot with the

N3CG needle but we left the

main as it came from Yamaha.

We asked Braico where the clip

position for the needle was and

he couldn’t remember. As an

ex-racer Braico rides on the

limiter so take this into

account. We suggest taking it

to a mechanic to have it dialled

in more thoroughly.

Alternatively, you could try

running the same jetting as our

project bike and make

adjustments from there.
