On May 2, Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, was arrested on
a domestic violence charge after an argument allegedly turned violent. Now
friends are urging the Nashville actress, 29, to kick him to the curb. “Hayden and
Brian’s relationship is as dysfunctional as they come, and his arrest should’ve
been the last straw,” sighs a source. “But no one seems to be able to get through
to her.” It’s not the first time Brian, 30, has had a run-in with the law. Officers
were called to a South Carolina residence on Oct. 25 after he reportedly got
into a drunken dispute with his dad. “Hayden needs to leave Brian,” frets
