Phoebe grew up in West Sussex, England, loving art from her earliest memory. Witnessing her mother's portrait painting, she grew fond of the
challenge and interest that portrait painting presented. After being encouraged into oil paints at her school in Kent, and having been awarded a
scholarship, she applied to The Florence Academy of Art to further her classical training in fine arts. Phoebe attended The Florence Academy of
Art for three years, graduated from its Drawing and Painting Program in June 2012. She became an assistant instructor in her final year, she was
