Top 10 Most Popular KelbyOne Photography
Courses of All Time
Do you visit the KelbyOne Insider at least once or twice
a week? If you said no, then you’re missing out. For
example, we recently posted an article on our top 10
photography courses of all time. These are the most-
watched classes by our members.

Member Challenge 32: Rule of Thirds
Here’s yet another reason to visit the KelbyOne Insider
on a regular basis. We also announce our Member Chal-
lenges there. We’re currently up to challenge number 32,
which is based on the rule of thirds. If you’re not familiar
with this photography composition term, it’s time to brush
off the old textbook.
“In photography, the rule of thirds is a type of composi-
tion in which an image is divided evenly into thirds, both
horizontally and vertically, and the subject of the image is
placed at the intersection of those dividing lines, or along
one of the lines itself.”—SLR Lounge Glossary
Here’s how the Member Challenge Works:

• (^) Entrant must be a KelbyOne Pro member to submit their
work into the contest.

  • Work must be original to the entrant.

  • Only one image can be submitted per entrant.

  • Work must be created within the timeline given (Sep-
    tember 13–October 13).

  • Images must be submitted by October 13, 2019, at
    11:59 PM ET.

  • Entry must be submitted in the Community Member
Challenge thread as a comment with the image
attached. Details, rules, and prize information can be
    found there as well.

  • The winner will be announced by October 24, 2019,
on the Insider. The winner will receive a Member
Challenge Winner T-shirt, exposure on our social
    channels, and bragging rights!
Here’s the winning image from Member Challenge 31:
The Little Things. Phillip Rubino brought massive skills to
this challenge. The texture, detail, and coloring of this shot
won over the judges through every round.

In the near future, we’ll also be posting the top 10
courses for landscape, lighting/flash, camera gear, and
more. We’re excited to share these lists with you because
you know the popularity of these courses makes them
must-watch classes for learners at any level. So just in
case you missed it, here’s the list of the top 10 photog-
raphy courses.
