advent calendar are bright
and warm. Add some holiday
cheer to your home when you
stitch these Scandi-inspired
motifs – get them all stitched
by December 1st to make this
lovely advent calendar, or stitch
one a day for the whole month
as a fun winter challenge. You
could also use the colourful
motifs on their own, without
numbers, to make a set of
quick and easy gift tags.

Threads: Stranded cotton as listed in the key
Needle: Size 24 tapestry needle
Fabric: 14-count white aida measuring 10x10cm (4x4in) for each
design
Extras: Stiff cardstock, felt, ric rac, ribbon and backing fabric of
choice from local stores
