iPad OS and tvOS, in addition to Google’s
Android OS, Amazon’s FireTV, LG’s webOS,
Samsung’s Tizen and even the Xbox One and
PlayStation 4, the service looks set to be more-

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO
SEE WHEN YOU REGISTER

OK, we know you’re probably impatient to learn
about the actual shows and movies you could
be gobbling up as a Disney+ subscriber. So
with no further ado, let’s give you a rundown
of an impressive lineup encompassing both
well-established Disney standards and a
few surprises.

In fact, Disney has claimed “nearly 500 films
and 7,500 episodes” are already available to
view right now. This being a Disney streaming
service, you would naturally expect to see
the timeless animated films that made
Disney’s name – and sure enough, Walt Disney
Animation Studios’ Walt Disney Signature
Collection is present and correct, serving up
such classics as Snow White and the Seven
Dwarfs, Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio, Bambi,
The Lion King and many more.

However, with the service being pitched as a
new heavyweight in the intensifying streaming
wars also contested by the likes of Netflix, Hulu
and Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ was always
going to need more content than just the
archetypal nostalgia-inducing Disney offerings.

That helps to explain why subscribers will also
find three of the four highest-grossing films of
all time – Avengers: Endgame, Avatar and Star
Wars: The Force Awakens – as well as 30 seasons
