English paper piecing is made easy with iron-on and
wash-away pre-cut shapes. They come in a variety
of traditional shapes and sizes, along with some
more designs. You iron them to the wrong side of
the fabric, roughly cut a 1/4in around, then using an
appliqué glue stick, just glue baste the edges. Piece
as you traditionally would, then when the project is
finished they will wash out.
