BACKWARD AND FORWARD

The new shift-by-wire dual-clutch trans-
mission allows for a far smaller gear
selector and also permits the driver to
“engage reverse while [the vehicle] is
still traveling forward at low speeds to
make maneuvering easier.” We expect
to see more technical details on that.
