Welcome
to iPad User Magazine, helping
you to do more with your iPad
T
his the best time of year here at iPad User Towers
- just after new software updates to our iPads, when
we get to start diving into how the changes will make life
a little easier.
Two of the most important updates in iPadOS
compared to previous versions of the operating system are
how it handles multitasking (particularly the ability to have
multiple windows from the same app open), and the tweaks
to the Home screen, which has gone largely untouched for
most of the iPads’s life. Naturally, we’re bringing you
everything you need to know about both of those topics
in this issue.
Elsewhere, we’ll show you the powerful new updates to
the Files app (it’s getting very close to how you manage
files on a PC these days), and the new Reminders app,
which just gets smarter and smarter.
We’ve also got the best of the App Store too, as usual,
including a couple of very timely apps: one for sending out
party invitations, and one for trimming down your photo
library’s dud pics (so you can fill it again...). Enjoy!
