THE REPLAY


For this chapter on following up, we’ll review the sequence of steps that
you need to do in order to make sure that everybody who didn’t attend
your webinar, for whatever reason, watches a recording of the webinar.


There is a very specific autoresponder series that I send out, and we’ll be
covering that. We’ll also be talking about some numbers so that you can
scale your webinar in the next chapter.


We’ll discuss the replay video, the replay autoresponder, surveys and
how you can use surveys to bolster your feedback, stats and what to
expect, and we’ll also talk about automation.


THE WEBINAR REPLAY


The replay video is one of your most powerful assets. All it is is a
recording of the live webinar. You can send the link out, after the live
event, to everybody who signed up for the webinar. Additionally, the
people who did not attend can watch it, and you can use it in the
automated webinar provider of your choice.


Some people will sign up for the live webinar just so they can get the
replay and watch it later. Whether they watch it or not, is a different
story. I know that I will sign up for a webinar, not to actually attend it,
but so I can actually jump in and grab the replay.


There are a number of ways of recording the webinar live. If you are
using GoToWebinar.com on a PC, all you have to do is login to
Preferences, and Recording Options. Use the non-GoToWebinar format
and it'll save to your computer. If you use the GoToWebinar format, then
it won't. It will save it under a GTW codec and you don't necessarily
