How we configure ourselves in relation
to others and objects is viewed differently
in eastern cultures, which think of space
not as something negative or empty but as
a positive force that shapes our relationships
and is full of meaning and symbols that guide
the separate interactions that will take place
within them.

fleetingly encroaching on the landscape,
an anomaly that interrupts the view.

feels effectively grounded within the space,
