ow long have you been into
photography? Tell us a little bit
about yourself.
My name is Dallian Macadam, I
am a 26-year-old who has a genetic illness
known as cystic fibrosis (CF) and a passion for
photography and travel.
Growing up, I always had a fascination with
beautiful, picturesque places, photography
and the thought of travelling. However, it
wasn’t until two years ago that I decided to
chase my dreams and purchase my very first
DSLR, making me still incredibly new to the
field of photography.
My secondary education never had a course
or subject for photography, so when I got my
hands on my first DSLR I was starting from
scratch. Fortunately enough for me, there was
no shortage of tutorials to be found online,
and being a fast learner I quickly put two and
two together. It wasn’t long before I knew my
camera like the back of my hand.What are your photographic inspirations?
The inspiration for a lot of my shots comes
from my inner child. To elaborate, when I was
young I would quite often buy those books
that had all the wonders of the world in them,
and I would just flick through in absolute awe
