This cardigan is worked from Cuff to Sleeve
to Body, joined along the centre back,
and then the hem and neckline trim are
worked at the end. The Sleeves are worked
continuously in the round, while the Cuff,
Body and trims are worked flat. Unless
otherwise stated, turning chains do not
count as a stitch.

Check your Sleeve length before beginning
the body – it should reach your underarm.
Check the Body fit after joining the two
panels together but before working the
hem trim – you won’t be able to add
or remove rows to adjust the fit after
this point!

First Panel
Cuff
With smaller hook, chain 5 (6, 6, 6, 6, 7, 7,
8, 8),
Row 1: Starting in 2nd from hook, dc

0) times. Join first and last row with sl st
across. Do not fasten off.

Sleeve
Work in a spiral without slip stitching or
turning chains until you begin working in
rows. Use a st marker or waste yarn to
keep track of the first st of each rnd.
Cont working from Cuff.

(11, 12, 12, 12, 13, 13, 13, 13) dc evenly
