Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew to face. Stuff lightly.

Making up Using eyes as a guide, position Head Cap and sew to Head. Lightly stuff Beak and sew onto Head, below Head Cap. With F, embroider cheeks using photo as a guide. Sew Feet to bottom of each Leg, secure tightly.
