The easiest way to design the

calendar is to use the templates

in the online software. The

clean, uncluttered templates

come in a choice of 10 colours

and leave ample room for a logo

and web address. The software

looks basic but offers a high

degree of control. The more

you do, the more complicated

it becomes though and you’ll

need to delve deep into the

software to ensure everything is

consistent and aligned perfectly.

Unlike the other printers

featured in this round-up, the

Calendar Company specialises

in bulk orders and has a

minimum order of 25 calendars.

The resulting low price per

item makes it a great choice if

you’re looking to sell directly to

customers through a website,

gallery or shop.

The A3 calendar starts

at £157.50 including VAT

for 25 copies and goes up

in increments of five to 100

(£570), then in hundreds up to

500 (£2,232) before finishing

at 1,000 calendars (£3,708).

Delivery to the UK is free for

orders over 50 copies.

Rather than design a calendar

using online software, you work

in tandem with the design team

to create the calendar. There’s

room to add logos and select

colours and fonts or you can

go to them with a ready-made

design and just get them to

print it. It’s best to send Jpeg,

Tiff, Raw or PDF image files

is printed on 160gsm Premium

Satin Arctic White paper, but

it’s also available in three more

weights up to 300gsm if you

pay extra. A gloss or matt/silk

coating can be selected too.
