for this sequel. Gone are the
roguelike elements, and in
their place is an open-world,
persistent-progression
space RPG. Exploring
different regions in space
feels like an enormous task,
but it’s still dangerous as
outlaws can jump you at a
moment’s notice. Combat
takes place in zero gravity,
so you’ll be flipping and
rolling your chosen ship
all about the place picking
your attackers off. It looks
gorgeous, with bold colours
and plenty of shine thanks
to great use of lighting
effects. The finalfrontier

one of many inspirations for

more to this than pilfered
bits of Souls. For starters,
it makes excellent use of its

play a father who must fight
his way back to his family
after falling down a crevice,

the end. You have to read
high and low attacks and
block and counter properly
to progress, as well as find
out how to cross harsh
environments. But violence
