NEED AN ALTERNATIVE?
Any DK yarn can be used for this project,
but remember that you’ll need several balls
so just be sure to match the meterage.
Place each set of stitches
to be joined on a needle
and hold them parallel in
your left hand with the right
sides together. Holding a
third needle in your right
hand, insert this into the
irst stitch on the front
needle and through into
the irst stitch on the back
needle, now knit these two
stitches together and slip
them of the needles at the
same time. Do the same
in the second stitch, then
insert one of your left-hand
needles into the irst
worked stitch on the right
needle and pass it over
the other stitch and of the
needle. Continue until all
stitches have been cast of.
