H&H: WHERE DO YOU STASH YOUR STUFF?
TC: Everywhere I possibly can! My boots
are under the bed and I put tools
lightbulbs and extra blankets in a chest
of drawers. My ceilings are high so
I put lots on the top of armoires and in
the upper shelves in closets. I also have
beautiful boxes in my office where
I store books.

H&H: WHAT’S YOUR BEST ADVICE FOR
THOSE WHO WANT TO DOWNSIZE?
TC: Let go of things you don’t use every
day. Editing is the key; keep only what
you really use and love.

H&H: WHAT’S THE MOST SURPRISING
BENEFIT OF SMALL-SPACE LIVING?
TC: I can see everything — all the pieces
I love — like artwork. In a bigger space
I might not see or use those things all
the time.
