Corn snakes have long, slender bodies that
come in a variety of colors. They got their name
from the distinct speckled patterns on their
skin, which resemble corn kernels. A baby
corn snake (called a “hatchling”) is born less
than one foot in length, but it will grow to be
between 2.5 and 5
feet within two

they are most active at
