“It’s Time For Regis!” hangs on the
game room wall. These items are not
included in the sale.
In a statement, Ms. Philbin said she
and her husband are selling because
they plan to spend more time with
family in California. “We’ve moved
around a lot and lived in many houses
together but this house will always be
our favorite,” she said. “We cele-
brated many birthdays and holidays
and never had to worry about inviting
too many of our family and friends.
There was always room for everyone.”
Now retired, Mr. Philbin, 88, was the
onetime host of “Live! With Regis and
Kathie Lee,” which later became “Live!
With Regis and Kelly.” He also hosted
shows like “Who Wants to Be a Mil-
lionaire” and “America’s Got Talent.”

$16.5 million, down from its original
nearly $50 million asking price.

on 2.59 acres with a tennis
court, a big circular drive-
way, a pool and a guest
house. The six-bedroom main
home has a two-story foyer
with a curving staircase, a
double-height family room

The Philbins have “acclimated to
the market, as disappointing as it is,”
