For his eponymous fashion house’s new collection,

Ermanno Scervino looked to the styles of different

epochs, from the glitter of Hollywood’s Golden Age to

Eighties power dressing and the understated elegance

of Kate Moss in her heyday. On the catwalk, he played

with texture, pairing soft-shouldered Prince of Wales

check overcoats with lace dresses and lavishly

embellished pastel jumpers. ‘I decided to re-establish

the link between masculine and feminine by adding

crystals and precious stones to mannish fabrics,’ says

Scervino. ‘I wanted to create a new dialogue that is an
