CHERRY & WALNUT


CRUMBLE


MAKES 4 SERVINGS

1 600 g bag frozen cherries
3 tbsp granulated sugar, divided
(optional)
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup large-flake rolled oats
½ cup walnuts, coarsely
chopped
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted


Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread
cher ries over bottom of 13- x 9-inch
baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp of
the sugar (if using), and cinnamon.
In bowl, mix together oats,

mixture over cherries; bake until top
is browned, about 35 minutes.
