where she still runs her family’s
ranch, the designer launched
her eponymous womenswear
and accessories brand in 2015,
now beloved of everyone from
Oprah Winfrey to the Duchess
of Sussex. This month, she

A celebrated artist and
contributing photographer for
Bazaar, Erik Madigan Heck
began taking pictures at the
age of 14, after receiving his
first camera as a gift from
his mother. Since then, he has
gained a master’s degree in
photography from Parsons
and exhibited his work
internationally, from Sotheby’s
in London to galleries in New
York, Toronto, Amsterdam and
beyond. For our art issue, he
has photographed his wife and
muse Brianna in their garden
in Connecticut.
