Thyme-
Pepper Butter
MAKES 1 CUP


1 cup unsalted butter,
softened
2 tablespoons chopped
fresh thyme
½ teaspoon ground black
pepper
¼ teaspoon kosher salt



  1. In a medium bowl, combine
    all ingredients. Serve
    immediately, or cover and
    refrigerate for up to 1 week.
