pitted, and chopped
2/3 cup whipping cream
3 tsp. stevia-based sweetener,
such as Truvia
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup toasted unsweetened
flaked coconut
Process avocados, cream, sweetener,
vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a food
processor until smooth. Divide among
4 small bowls. Chill, covered, 1 hour.
Served sprinkled with coconut.
