1 ¼ lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cumin
4 slices cheese, cut in half
1 ½ cups (lightly packed) fresh
cilantro leaves, plus
more for garnish
½ cup mayonnaise
1 jalapeño chile, seeded and
coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
8 slider buns, toasted
1 cup shredded cabbage
- Heat an outdoor grill to
medium-high heat (375°F to 450°F). - Mix together ground beef, chili
powder, garlic powder, salt, and cumin
in a large bowl. Form into 8 patties.
Lightly oil grill grate, then grill patties
3 minutes per side. Top with cheese
during last minute of grilling. - Purée cilantro, mayonnaise,
jalapeño, and lemon juice in a food
processor or blender. Spread mixture
on bottom half of buns. Top with
cabbage, patties, and bun tops.
