apartialcorrective.Theproblem
isthatthefocusisoftenfromthe
pointofviewofemployersand
howtheycanbesureemployees
areactuallyworking.Socialmedia

staff.Yetmanyjobsthatinvolve

Therealquestionishowgood
thisisforemployees.Ononehand,
theycanmove tomoreaffordable
locations.Ontheother,there
istheproblemofisolationand
increasinglyblurredboundaries
betweenhomeandworkthatcan

afullyremotejobputitwhen
describingthebenefits:“Weekends
usedtobethebesttimeforme
togetworkdoneuninterrupted.
