The C patches are attached with fusible
appliqué, so make sure to prepare dark
red tone-on-tone fabric with paper-
backed fusible web before cutting. Nancy
used some of the dark red fabric from
the binding, section centers, and the
cornerstones in the assorted red print
pieced border. You will have enough
fabric to do the same if you wish.
Use an accurate ¼ ̋ seam allowance
throughout to ensure all elements of
the quilt fi t together well. Handle all bias
edges carefully to avoid distortion.Shop
