To make the anatomy appear correct, we add some mass to the back
of the egg-shaped head, building out the skull. We also build out the
brow and chin. In fact, the entire front of the face needs to be
modeled including the nose, lips, and chin.
The ear appears approximately halfway across the head. (Most
beginners assume the ear goes much farther back.)
