JILL SHAULIS learned to sew at a very early age from her mom and participated in 4-H. She began quilting in the late
1980’s. She opened a quilt shop, along with her sister Vicki, in their hometown of Pearl City, IL in 1992. The shop was
featured in Quilt Sampler magazine and she has authored two books with Vicki, Kindred Spirits: Celebrating Pieces of
the Past and Simple Blessing in Patchwork. Jill has been designing fabric for Windham Fabrics for several years. She
and her husband Dave make their home in Lanark, IL.
