WENDY SHEPPARD, originally from southeast Asia, came to the United States for her tertiary education. She now lives
with her family in northern Virginia. She began sewing in her early 30’s and enjoys all aspects of quilting. She loves to
share the joy of needle and thread with others. Wendy’s work has been published in major quilting publications in the
US, Australia and the UK and has authored three quilting books. Wendy is also an online machine quilting instructor,
and an Aurifil designer and educator. When her schedule allows, she travels to connect with other quilters.
