' Tis the Season
Designed by Dawn Shuck
Finished size: 14" x 16"
This little wool appliqué pillow was designed around the
beautiful background which has quite a history. This antique
linen was handwoven in the late 1800's in Europe, possibly
Belgium or Germany. I simply stitch around the flax still in
the fabric. When I am working with this beautiful linen, I can't
help but think about the painstaking process it took to make it
and hope I can do it justice.
