For the dough:
1 cup mashed potatoes

1 / 4 cup warm water, about 110 degrees

For the filling:


5 tablespoons vegan butter,
melted and divided
2 apples, peeled and diced
(Pink Lady, Gala, Fuji, or Honeycrisp)
1 tablespoon maple syrup


1 / 4 cup packed brown sugar
1 / 4 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon


For the streusel topping:
6 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons all-purpose flour


3 / 4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 tablespoons room-temperature
vegan butter
Vegan milk for brushing


For the glaze:


2 cups powdered sugar
