SWAMP DRAGON HOT SAUCE
For folks who love the fl avor and
heat of peppers without the acidic
bite, Baton Rouge’s Swamp Dragon
Hot Sauce is for you. Founder Matt
Beeson focused on using liquor as
a preservative and fl avoring agent
that helps diff erentiate his sauces
from the competition. In addition
to the rum-, bourbon-, tequila-, and
vodka-based sauces, Swamp Dragon
also sells Dragon Dust (a powdered
blend of their peppers).
