drink as a marinade brings

meat, fish and veg, as well
as its good bacteria benefits

esteem kicking in is 32, but we
think everyone could benefit
from raising their health esteem
at any age.

Pour 1 cup of kombucha of your choice
into a bowl – you can experiment with
different flavours for different tastes. Add
3 tbsp of soy sauce, 3 tbsp of balsamic
vinegar, 2 minced cloves of garlic and
chilli flakes, to taste.

Add your meat, fish, tofu or veggie
option to the bowl – if using tofu, opt
for a firm variety to help it keep its shape
during the marinating process. Make
sure that everything is submerged in
the marinade, then leave for 2 hours, or
overnight in the fridge if possible.

Cook the meat, fish, tofu or veg
as desired. This marinade works
particularly well when baking or
barbecuing. Add the leftover marinade
to your ingredients as they cook, ensuring
a flavourful finish.
