Colorado, USA and currently resides in the
town of Boulder. As well as cakes, she loves
to express herself through other mediums.
In 2008, she discovered the artistry of cake
and was hooked. Heather firmly believes
cake art is more than just dessert, it is
performance art in every sense. She likes
the bizarre, unexpected and unforgettable!
It has been a sweet whirlwind that has
taken her places and introduced her to
people she could never have imagined.
Heather has made cake art for Crosby,Stills & Nash, Cirque du Soleil, Blues
Traveler, Jackson Browne and more. She is
honoured to be published in magazines,
has earned a Pastry Arts Cert/Honors
and won multiple awards in cake shows
across the USA. She is a proud Craftsy/
Bluprint instructor and loves to teach and
encourage. The true joy for Heather is in
the journey of each cake sculpture, how
each has a unique lesson to learn, sweet
people to know and a yummy story. She
still has so many yet to tell, students to
