2 mixedpeppers,cutintostrips
1 largeredonion,sliced
400gsteak,cutintothinstrips
2 garliccloves,finelychopped
1tspgroundcumin
1½tsp ground coriander

½tsphotchillipowder
2 tomatoes,chopped
handfulofchopped coriander
wraps,warmed
yogurt,cheeseandguacamole
served on the side

1 Heata tbspofoilin a non-stick
fryingpanovera highheat.Addthe
peppersandonion.Cookfor3-4
minsuntilcharred.Stirandremove.
2 Add remaining rapeseed oil and

frythesteakstripsfor2 mins.
3 Stirin thegarlic,cumin,coriander,
chillipowderandtomatoesandcook
for 15 secsbeforeaddingthe
