250mlchickenstock
100gmedjool dates, roughly
chopped
75gchoppedpistachios
6tbspchopped fresh coriander
andmint
pomegranateseedsand giant
couscous, to serve

theoilandcooktheonionsfor 15
mins. Add the garlic, ginger and all

minsuntilfragrant.
