2 Bringa panofsaltedwatertotheboil,
addthefennelandcookfor2 mins.
Rinsethefennelin coldwater,drain
andpatdry.Mixthefennel,oil,panko
breadcrumbsandParmesan.Season.
3 Movethepotatoestoonesideand
placethesalmonfilletsonthebaking
tray,thentopwith the panko mix. Bake
for8-10mins.
